Citizen’s Contract

To forbid any governmental agency within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania  to mandate any vaccine or medical procedure upon the people.
To forbid requiring the people to have or carry any documentation, electronic applications, microchip or certificate of immunization, nor to require any designation on existing forms of identifications such as driver's license.
To forbid registry of same and forbid any government agency to restrict , fine or deny any service to individuals or groups on this basis.

The governments agenda in mandatory Covid19 vaccinations are troubling for a multitude of reasons. For one, the basic belief that the government has any legal authority to force any citizen to comply with a medical procedure or vaccination is abhorrent to those of us who value our individual liberties.

And since Covid19 will mutate ( it already has) you would need a new and different vaccination every year. " For your own good" 

Furthermore... once the government would mandate this they then, of course, have to require that everybody gets the vaccination "for our own good" or it is meaningless.

So to make sure everyone complies, they need to punish those who refuse by denying your ability to travel, to have a job, go to school, to a store or restaurant. Cannot renew driver's license or registration since we can't have you going around spreading disease " for the safety of everyone" 

So then, they need to know who gots, who don't.

That requires us to all carry some form of proof such as documents, health records, phone app or an imbedded chip. " for the good of all" .

And you know who will help them do it?

All the people you see right now with the " Stay Home, Stay Safe" signs on their lawns. 

This is just an outline of what may be presented as a either sister resolution to the Emergency Authority Restrictions resolution or a stand alone resolution. Any input on wording etc is greatly appreciated.
