Seeking to deny government authority to mandate vaccinations, contact tracing or must show health record. 

Working to severely restrict Pa governor and  state government authority during declared emergencies. Petition to have binding resolution that cancels authority to issue stay at home orders, business closures or limits, restrict public & private gatherings etc.
